Well, on the December 19th deadline, they finally released the much-awaited Epstein Files. Or rather, they released only a relatively tiny fraction of them (exact percentage unknown), and among the ones they DID release, over 500 pages (!) were
entirely blacked out, and many others were at least partially redacted as well, while cynically claiming that the rest will be released over the coming weeks (likely with even more redactions).
So much for transparency!
This move was of course entirely predictable, and sadly not shocking. And also illegal, as the law requires ALL of the files to be released on or before the deadline. Seriously, WTF are they trying to hide? We already know the answer, of course.
FOR THE EPSTEINTH TIME, RELEASE ALL OF THE FILES! YESTERDAY!
And may this winter be the winter of the Donald's discontent!
